Descriere: Echo of Romania. A poetic film essay. Here are the days I spent traveling through and exploring this country. Along the way, you will encounter narrative fragments from Luc Besson’s romantic adaptation, Dracula: A Love Tale. As the film unfolds, moments from my own journey unfold alongside it. For me, Romania has always existed somewhere between history, myth, and imagination. Through the story of Dracula, I found myself exploring not only a place, but also the darker side of the human soul — love and obsession, loneliness, fear, violence, and the things that remain hidden within us. Those who know me understand how deeply both the real history and Bram Stoker's fictional world of Dracula have influenced me as an artist. This journey became my own attempt to step into that world and find its echoes within myself.
