The film should have a running time fom 1 to 3 minutes. This film must be posted on <a href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.youtube.com<\/a>, or on <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.vimeo.com<\/a>, and the link must be submitted to <a href=\"http:\/\/draculadigital.ro\/en\/contest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">draculadigital.ro<\/a>.<br \/>\nMore information can be found here: <a href=\"http:\/\/draculadigital.ro\/en\/contest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/draculadigital.ro\/en\/contest\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">7.<\/span> WHEN CAN I APPLY?<\/h4>\n<p>Entries are open from <strong>July 20th<\/strong> to <strong>September 30th<\/strong>, <strong>2020<\/strong> on <a href=\"http:\/\/draculadigital.ro\/en\/contest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.draculadigital.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">8.<\/span> WHO CHOOSES THE FINALISTS?<\/h4>\n<p>A jury of professionals will select <strong>5 films<\/strong> to enter the final step of the competition <strong>+ film chosen by public vote<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">9.<\/span> WHEN CAN BE VOTED THE FILMS ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION?<\/h4>\n<p>Voting of the short films subscribed in the competition will take place from <strong>September 15th<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>October 5th<\/strong>\u00a0on <a href=\"http:\/\/draculadigital.ro\/en\/contest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.draculadigital.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">10.<\/span> IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?<\/h4>\n<p>Registration to Dracula Digital competition is FREE. The festival DOES NOT pay screening rights for the films submitted in the competitive section &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/draculadigital.ro\/en\/contest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dracula Digital<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">11.<\/span> HOW MANY FINALISTS WILL GET TO GO TO THE NEXT STEP OF THE COMPETITION?<\/h4>\n<p>A jury of professionals will select 5 films to enter the final step of the competition.<br \/>\nAlso, the film with the most votes from the audience on <strong>September 30th<\/strong>, <strong>2020<\/strong>, <strong>23:59<\/strong>, will automatically enters the final competition.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">12.<\/span> WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE SECOND STAGE OF THE COMPETITION?<\/h4>\n<p>The selected will produce a 3 minute short film (horror, SF, supernatural, thriller, fantastic) from <strong>October 14th<\/strong> to <strong>October 18th<\/strong>, <strong>2020<\/strong>.
